November 13th, 2021 – Topic: The Challenges and Rewards of Women in Non-traditional Roles
Mission: Panel discussion on pay equity, gender roles and community interaction. Presentation of scholarship recipients.

December 11th, 2021 –  Topic: Holiday Party, Fundraiser for Rachel’s House, and Grossmont High School (Red Robe Choir 100th anniversary)
Mission: To guarantee equality, individual rights, and social justice for a diverse and inclusive society

January 8th, 2022 – Topic: FUND Recipient Presentation. Branch Named Gift Honoree for LM-EC
Mission: Strengthening programs that encourage career development and earning potential, including career and technical education, access to postsecondary education.

February 12th, 2022 – Topic: Black History AKA Sorority panel.  What is their mission and activities that we might share with both organizations?
Mission: To guarantee equality, individual rights, and social justice for a diverse and inclusive society.

March 12th, 2022 – Topic: Michelle Mullen, M.Ed. Chief Mission Delivery Officer for the Girl Scouts of San Diego on developing leaders, implementing Annual local and national programs in STEM, outdoor, entrepreneurship, and life skills, ensuring those programs are relevant and meaningful to girls in K-12.

Women in History – AAUW LM-EC Branch Founders honored
Mission: Strengthening programs that encourage career development and earning potential, including career and technical education.

April 23rd, 2022 –  Topic: 70th anniversary of the branch. This meeting will be a joint meeting with the foundation and the branch.
Mission: Programs that provide all women with education, including financial literacy, training, and support for success in the workforce.

May 21st, 2022 –  Author’s Luncheon – Scholarship Benefits: TBA
The auction.  Possible Career Day Event
Mission: Public Education and Strengthening programs that encourage career development and earning potential, including career and technical education, access to postsecondary education, job training for welfare recipients, and training for incarcerated women.

June 11th, 2022 – Annual Branch Meeting Installation of officers, review of the year.  Possible First Female Essay Presentation.
Mission: Support for adequate funding that gives women and other disadvantaged populations access to higher education, including two-year degree programs and vocational training.
